Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window
All eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, swimwear, customised or monogrammed products, and items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
Log into your account โ Navigate to Orders โ Select the order โ Click "Return / Exchange". Alternatively, contact our support team at support@shopimo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Pickup
We offer free return pickups for most pin codes. Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup within 24โ48 hours.
Refund Processing
After we receive and quality-inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5โ7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method (or as store credit if preferred).
Exchanges
Exchanges for size or colour are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund automatically.
