You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. ShopIMO is not liable for losses from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

Product Information

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur. ShopIMO reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement from your account dashboard. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you must follow the return process instead.

Intellectual Property

All content on ShopIMO — including logos, images, text, and design — is the intellectual property of ShopIMO or its brand partners. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
