Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on Sundays / public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (Free above ₹999). Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (₹150 flat). Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation with tracking link is sent to your email once dispatched. Tracking becomes active within 12–24 hours of generation.

Shipping Partners

We ship via premium logistic partners including BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, and Ecom Express. Partner selection is based on your pin code and fastest available service.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges will apply. Contact us within 7 days to arrange re-shipment.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents immediately and email us at support@shopimo.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
